You may return any item purchased at tryskymd.com within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items purchased elsewhere (e.g., Amazon) are not eligible for return on tryskymd.com.
You will be issued a refund to your original payment method once the returned item(s) have been scanned by the carrier. Refunds may take several days depending on your card issuer.
You may also choose to be issued store credit instead of a refund. If you do this, store credit will be issued to the email address on file.
You may exchange an item purchased at tryskymd.com for another flavor of equal value as long as that flavor is in stock.
You may use exchanges to try new flavors if you did not like what you originally purchased. We reserve the right to limit the number of exchanges per order.
Your credit card may be authorized for the exchange order. This authorization will drop once the exchanged product is scanned by the carrier.
